Update (August 31, 2012): Please note the new Target Day schedule, which will allow for a more comfortable and enjoyable free visit. Wristbands will be issued for 2 hour time slots, with a maximum of 250 per session. Time slots are: 10am-12pm, 12:30-2:30pm and 3-5pm.
I love Target! Not just for shopping but for sponsoring these free community activities. It’s Target Free Saturday tomorrow at the La Habra Children’s museum. If you’ve never been here and you have little ones, you should definitely check it out. Right now the special exhibit is called Feel the Rhythm so they have musical instruments set up for your children to play with. (Bring your earplugs.) It’s a little crazy during these free days. Based on my own experience, it’s best to either get there right when they open or later in the afternoon. Some of the other permanent exhibits include a train room, a carousel, a dress-up theatre and a toddler play area. If you don’t want to fight the crowds, regular admission is $7 and children under 2 are free.La Habra Children’s museum 301 South Euclid Street
